IVR Accessibility -- Disability View

There are different positive and negative implications for the different disabilities.

For the sake of simplicity, we divide disabilities into 6 different categories:

• deafness (which implies that the person is using a TTY)
• hard of hearing
• vision loss (including both blindness and low vision)
• dexterity (difficulty with physical controls)
• cognition (including memory, planning, and understanding)
• speech
