We provide a range of design services:

• New product development process review.  We can help re-engineer how you develop products so that the needs of users with disabilities are factored into the process.
• Product design review.  We attend design review meetings, test prototypes, review product specification documents — whatever it takes to match the way you do business and provide you with just-in-time accessibility suggestions.
• Product testing.  We test your pre-rollout products or products that are in the market.  Our testing capabilities range from full usability analysis to legal and regulatory compliance (Section 255 and/or Section 508).
• User testing.  We recruit subjects with disabilities and manage test sessions, with and without assistive technologies, in concert with your own user testing protocols.  We sustain a diverse list of expert and naive participants in several locations.
