Hold your tong

AoMS believes strongly in barbecue, and here’s a device that makes it more accessible: the Digital BBQ Tongs, which have a nice large LCD display to give you information on the current internal temperature of your baby backs, or issue an alarm when dinner should be ready. Seven presets are included, plus one programmable setting (for mystery meat?), so that people with visual or cognitive disabilities can get some grillin’ help. They even have a built-in flashlight for better viewing, especially when you gotta have 2 AM brisket. We’ll bring the sauce if you bring the napkins.
