Pan galactic Google blaster

Google’s translation service now includes a “Detect Language” option to figure out the language used for a block of text or a website. We’re wondering if this capability could somehow interact with text-to-speech and refreshable Braille technologies to intuit information about pages that don’t follow guidelines on identifying natural language attributes.
